How and when did you fall in love with radio?
When I was still at school, I was inspired by some of the announcers of that time when I was listening to them, that is where my love for radio began.
What kind of Music do you love
I like almost all the genres, jazz, Ballads (Golden Oldies), Gospel, Kwaito, House, Sesotho traditional songs, and House.
Favorite TV Show
Comedy, sport shows, talk shows and Soapies.
Favorite Sport/ Team
Orlando Pirates, Bloemfontein Celtic and of cause Bafana Bafana.
Favorite Color
Brown, Beige and Pink.
Indoor or Outdoor
Indoor.
Dress code
Smart Casual, Casual, and Formal if needs be.
Describe a typical day at work
- Attend Programme briefing sessions everyday in the morning and in the afternoon.
- Check my e-mails to see if there are important issues to attend.
- Make sure that I make a difference in someone’s life during my show.
Best part of the job
It makes me become a better person everyday, allows me to grow, learn and improve.
Worst aspects of the job
Listeners phoning-in and saying nasty things on air that you can’t even comment on.
Most memorable moment since getting your job?
An opportunity to interview the former President of SA, Dr Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela twice during the International Children’s Day that was celebrated in Soweto and Bloemfontein.
What do you enjoy about your job most of all?
Daily Interaction with the listeners from different spheres. OH! I love that!!!!!!!!!! It also makes me to be positive towards myself, develop better relationships and to stay passionate about life. Teaches me to become a better me.
Qualifications and previous experience that got you the job…
I obtained my Senior Certificate, went on to study a Secretarial Course, and later enrolled and obtained a Diploma in Business Communication.

Follow your Dreams. Keep pressing forward.

Except radio, what else are you doing??
Radio makes my schedule very tight but I don’t forget MY ME TIME and always spending time with my family and friends.
